Billions of years ago, out from the Source… out from the center of the “cosmos… out from the mind of God… there arose a force so great that it expressed itself with a mighty explosion of Matter, of Plant Life, of Animal Life, of Human Life. It is the mighty force of creation, the ever-present origin”. It is the impulse of evolution, compelling us to “wake-up” and fully participate in the co-creative process, creating a new era of humanity; the evolution from Homo sapien to Homo luminous and universal beings living as a new Universal Humanity.

With these words you realize that you have always known this. And with these words you realize that you have always been in this process. You remember the ever-present, all knowing place within that has always moved you forward and you recognize that you are one with that place, you are…. with the Source, the center of the cosmos, the mind of God.

NOW Place your mind at the center of the cosmos. Take a long slow deliberate breath and know that you will now breathe all aspects of creation into yourself. With this meditation, you will breathe up through your chakra system the whole process of creation. You will breathe up through your chakra system the regenerative expression of the continuity of life itself.

Place your attention on your first chakra, Muladhara, located at the base of your spine. Visualize this spinning vortex of red stabilizing energy and experience the roots of this chakra extending deep into the ground, grounding you. You are centered. You are safe. You trust that you are evolving; evolving into the homo luminous universal human that you came here to be. Now, slowly and deliberately inhale the mighty force of creation up into your first chakra. Hold this powerful healing breath in your first chakra. Experience the mighty impulse of creation infusing your every physical and energetic DNA molecule with its sustaining and regenerative power. Now breathe normally and affirm and trust and know that you are forever changed. Now breathe normally and experience the comfort of the evolutionary consciousness of life itself residing in your first chakra.

Place your attention on your second chakra, Svadhisthana, located about one inch below your navel. Visualize this spinning vortex of orange sensationalizing energy and experience this chakra bridging your yin and yang. You are right where you are supposed to be. You are authentic. You trust that you are evolving; evolving into the homo luminous universal human that you came here to be. Now, slowly and deliberately inhale the mighty force of creation up through your first chakra, and into your second. Hold this powerful healing breath in your second chakra. Experience the mighty impulse of creation infusing your every physical and energetic DNA molecule with its sustaining and regenerative power. Now breathe normally and affirm and trust and know that you are forever changed. Place your attention on your third chakra, Manipura, located in your solar plexus area. Visualize this spinning vortex of yellow activating energy and experience this chakra empowering your will to master life. You wake-up! You wake-up and manifest! Now, slowly and deliberately inhale the mighty force of creation up through the your first and second chakras, and into your third. Hold this powerful healing breath in your third chakra. Visualize this spinning vortex of healing green energy surrounding a loving pink center and experience this chakra expanding your capacity to love. You love yourself! You love others. You trust that you are evolving; evolving into the homo luminous universal human that you came here to be. Now, slowly and deliberately inhale the mighty force of creation up through your first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth chakras, and into your seventh.
